Goldendoodles are a designer breed that combine the obedient, friendliness of a Golden Retriever with the non-shedding, intelligence of the Standard Poodle. They make a great addition to any family home!

Goldendoodles are a hybrid breed that are still developing  and we want to be apart of making this breed the best it can be! For this reason we only breed the best quality Poodles and Golden Retrievers together from the best and most diverse bloodlines. Our goal is to create genetically diverse Goldendoodles that combine only the best traits from their pure bred parents.

 

We didn't know just how unique Casey was when we brought her home as a new puppy with the hopes of some day she would produce beautiful puppies for us. Casey (our foundation dam Golden Retriever) carries for Chocolate and Phantom coloring which is very rare and almost unheard of for a Golden Retriever. From the very first chocolate puppy Casey produced our love for chocolates has grown and grown. So we have aimed our program at selectively breeding for Chocolate Goldendoodles. We produce Chocolate Merles, Chocolate Phantoms, Chocolate Partis, and Chocolate Abstracts. We love the fluffy, soft, wavy coats that are produced with the First generation (F1) of Doodles. So we selectively breed for long wavy beautiful coats that are little to no shedding! We currently breed First Generation (F1) Goldendoodles and First Generation Backcross (F1B) Goldendoodles, but hope to move toward Multigenerational Goldendoodles as our program continues to grow.

 

Because we love the traits and temperament of the Golden Retriever our program will move forward toward incorporating as much Golden Retriever in our Goldendoodles as possible with still maintaining their beautiful colorful coats.

As your puppy gets older its hair will start to poof out into what's known as 'the Goldendoodle look'. With this comes the responsibility of making sure your puppy is well brushed several days a week and groomed every 6-8 weeks to maintain a healthy and beautiful coat!

 

Our Goldendoodles are our prize possessions so we do not want them going to animal shelters. If for any reason you need to bring your goldendoodle back to us we will gladly accept with no questions asked

F1 = First Generation = Poodle x Golden Retriever

F1B = First Generation backcross = F1 Goldendoodle x Poodle

F2B = Second Generation backcross = F1 Goldendoodle x F1B Goldendoodle

F2 = Second Generation = F1 Goldendoodle x F1 Goldendoodle/ F1b Goldendoodle x F1b Goldendoodle

Everything beyond the 2nd generation is known by the term 'Multigenerational'

 

Our program will go forward in a direction toward multigens that incorporate more Golden Retriever and less Standard Poodle.
